These dealers who vandalize anything metal or aluminum are treated with kid gloves when arrested. I think those who buy such scraps plus the guys walking around picking and destroying these items must be given long years in jail when arrested. At least 40 years to serve as a deterrent. I personally will prefer firing squad for these nation wreckers.

The mentality of the Black African who ever did this would be happy of the sabotage forgetting that it affects us all. Such acts of sabotage should be accompanied when arrest with not less than life in prison.

We once arrested a junkie in Site 20 Tema for removing those metal cover for a sewage pit on a Sunday we handed him to a Police Patrol squad but they left him bcoz of his condition.

My friend its not sabotage.There are thieves who are doing that nowadays I know of a mortuary very close to Asutuare junction that lost their transformer in that very operations.
