I think you only read the headlines if not you would have noticed that he murdered his own younger brother at the time he was mentally unstable
So now he should be tried by a court. If the court says at the time he committed the murder, he was mentally unstable and therefore he should be freed, fine.
I don't think you read the article. He case has been heard by a court and has been released.
We need people like ASP Alhassan and co. who helped this man to gain his freedom. Some people who intentionally kill people sometimes go scot-free. See the innocent Ghanaians who were killed during the elections!
