what i know is before going to duty with your gun you have to (test your gun with to shot of good functionality) did he do it?. if not then he was frighten or he did not removed the secure bouton before trying to return fire

Police in Ghana don't clean their weapons .that's where the problem lies. This is not any juju. Soldiers always do weapon cleaning if am mistaken just make your own inquiries. Thanks
