Seize excavators and set the operator free. The owners of the excavators should be arrested not this guy. He is just an illegal employee who is trying to survive, but his employer should be brought to justice. Now , over 54 excavators are seized by the authorities. Each Region should be given at least two excavators. These excavators will help the citizens to have roads. The government will spend less as well. Please NDC do not share these excavators among yourselves, just like the Kumasi mayor who tried to divert some of these excavators to a private ownership. Although the mayor denied the story, but his actions were just obvious. President Mahama as promised, the NDC Government will leave no stone unturned. We support the president, that is the reason, we the Ghanaians abroad are and will trace the whereabout of any seized excavator. We have agents on the ground and we are paying them for their duties in Ghana.
