GES has for two occasions failed to respond to court writs and invitations for a total acceptance of defeat.But GES officials who are involved in the court case are working under cover to have their ways through. The case which was first reported to Parliament select committee on education ,and of which Dr Apaak,deputy minister of education was a member during NPP gov. administration has failed to end at the educational committee sitting .And it is now at the Accra High court.And how will OSP defend this case against the plaintiff. This is just for you ,OSP,to be curiose or adventurous in a visit to Accra High Court but not to call for a further delay of the case . I urge gov.of Ghana ,OSP,to learn to be reciprocal in his dealings.- OSP,CJ,Pres.Mahama. Maybe the Tamale case is a honeymoon gift to Pres.Mahama OSP,Mr Haruna Iddrisu for not listening to Ashanti regional GES case for a relief.

The office did nothing wrong validating the teachers but should have placed embargo on their salaries at the bank and then call them on cell phones with their phone numbers at emis office for a meeting on the absence registered against their names. All for the reason that harshness is never part of managerial practises. Sit down strike is also a part to express displeasure that the OSP unknowingly did not take notice of. OSP should have also consider the root cause of the the teachers absentism by inviting them for enterrogation because most of the directors do sing the same song and cover each other ,and sometimes network to lie to people like OSP who has little or no knowledge in education. I will never ever recognise most of these directors of education because they are political appointees who do no qualify in all respects for the office. OSP should not fake fame for it comes by itself.-OSP,Pres.Mahama,CJ.
