Stupid judges are complicit in the moral degradation of our country. Courts are supposed to not show leniency, but stiff penalties to forestall crime!

This sentence is just a pat on the hand. He should have been given between 8-10 years in a Ghanaian jail as a form of deterrent and a just punishment.

These things do often happens in our courts. Some years ago we arrested a bailif who served a fake injunction to stop a building at east legon. We were alert because we read the notices at the court that said the judge was on transfer to the volta region. So when he presented the fake injunction it quickly don on us that the said judge was on transfer so how come? We quickly arrested him to the legon police station.

It happened to someone at WAJU. When the man insisted that was not the judge's ruling, the place became a rowdy scene. The cases are many so the judge tried very hard to recollect the actual ruling. The female judge noticed that someone working there had added a line in her ruling to make the man guilty instead of the wife. It was later discovered that the handwriting was not her's!!
