He needs to be castrated, forced to eat a big bowl mixture of Cement, Sand and Water. He should then be tightly bound to a heavy log of wood. Honey should be smeared on his body, especially around his eyes, in and around his ears, Anus, around his genitalia and left in the Sun while he is watched. He should not be beaten but left alone and allow the Ants to take good care of him until he dies. He is just a horrible creature and should be made to have a painful death.
