  So this council of state member is allowed to counsel and advise the president of Kwame Nkrumah's Ghana? It is about time we abolished this council of state and have a non partisan second chamber with astute people in place to scrutinised the executive arm of government. What is the second chamber at parliament house there for? These council of state has no usefulness, it's political council, no use and waste of state funds. The members buy votes to be elected there and we have babies as council of state members. Very sad.
