That the story is total fabrication etc etc and the order should last till he expires and exit this earth? Totally personal. The judge has already exposed his bias towards the suspect. Don't forget he was a suspect and so presumed innocent until proven guilty. The same constitution he quoted also states the man is innocent until proven guilty. Furthermore he even dictated those who should effect his arrest when you never summoned the suspect before you to hear his side of the story and this breached the rule of natural justice. The Supreme Court was perfectly right in squashing the warrant. Certiorari looks more at the process especially patent errors on face of record, jurisdiction and rules of natural justice more than the merits of the case. The man may be guilty of contempt but the court's procedure was wrong.

B. The President can top up the Supreme Court Judges again. Who can challenge the President?
C. You and I can't elect the DCE/MCE in our constituency. THE PRESIDENT APPOINTS ALL DCEs/MCEs. Who can challenge the President?
D. The President appoints all political appointees into Offices of the Central Government. Who can challenge the President?

E. WITH SUPER MAJORITY IN PARLIAMENT the President can do whatever is politically good for him to do by way of the White Paper on the Constitutional Review Committee report.
F. And the President has absolute immunity entrenched in the Constitution.
J J Rawlings preached POWER TO THE PEOPLE but his 1992 Constitution gave POWER to the President.
