MY REASON FOR SAYING THIS IS THAT, HE FIRED WITH THE PISTOL AND IT MALFUNCTION, WENT ONTO THE BUSH TO TAKE COVER LEAVING THE ASSAULT RIFLE WHICH THE ARMED ROBBERS TOOK AWAY. I BELIEVE HIS ACTION WAS DELIBERATE
