At the age of 77, he does not require land holdings for personal or auxiliary purposes. As the senior figure within his familial estate, he exercises judicious discernment and moral authority, guided by entrenched principles of personal and familial integrity, and is not susceptible to manipulative schemes devised by unscrupulous parties seeking to defame his character.

Furthermore, in consideration of the circulating malicious allegations, we hereby serve notice that any further defamatory communications or actions aimed at tarnishing Bishop Bonsu’s integrity will constitute actionable offenses under Ghanaian law, particularly the Laws of Defamation and Civil Liability.

This notice provides a *notice period of thirty (30) days* from the date of issuance—July 9, 2025—to cease and desist from any defamatory acts and to retract all false statements previously disseminated. Non-compliance within this timeframe will compel us to pursue all available judicial remedies—including claims for damages and injunctive relief—to uphold his reputation.

Any continued endeavor to defame Bishop Bonsu through libel, slander, or other malicious means will invoke relevant legal procedures under the Ghanaian Courts Act, 1993 (Act 459), and the Law of Defamation (Amendment) Act, 2013 (Act 852), which delineate sanctions including damages and court orders for retraction and rehabilitation.
