  Though I am against what the guy did you are very irresponsible with bad manners or to say upbringing.

  Buy me lunch, give me this and that, taking money and not paying back. Giving him false hope. I equally don't like the blackmailing part but guys, please wiseup. I am a lady but women can be very dangerous.
  
  The guy must appeal the sentence. It is too harsh. Judge probably didn't consider certain things foe mitigation. I good lawyer can spare him that jail term.

  Sometimes lawyers need to apply common sense to cases put before them. I mean, how on earth will one reject a proposal from a man but then, can casually use that man phone to take nude pictures?

I don't condone what he was trying though but his lawyer can appeal for a reduction as a first time offender. Ladies should also be decent and stop taking totally nude pictures for guys!!. Some can use it to blackmail you later when the relationship goes bad.

  This is crazy.. most of the judges is this country are fully corrupt with evil mindset. As well has the Polices and the prosecutors. The police convinced the young man to say he is guilty in the court, so that the court can reduce his sentence. Meanwhile, the police is doing that so that the case can get settled on time and he get his or her promotion. God punish every police officers who intentional destroyed other people's life inorder to climb a ladder of promotion.
  Now @27, you foolishly sent him to a jail for 10 years.. God will punish the judge who gave that judgement.

  I think this sentence is too harsh. He did not publish the said photos or got any sexual favours from the lady. I think his lawyers should appeal against the sentence. This crime should not attract more than a year in prison
