  I was thinking of paying for the cost of the Phone and also any other punishment slapped on him for his stealing but when I found out the number of Phones he stole, I immediately changed my mind because he didn’t steal because of hardships but he is a habitual and Certified Thief. He needs some Prison term as punishment for him to reform.
