There's plenty of evidence to aid the Police in the investigations: finger prints abound, clear facial impressions, etc. Ghana Police please don't disappoint on this one.
Liaise with the Electoral Commission or National Identification Authority for a facial recognition check through their database using the facial or fingerprint samples from the CCTV footage.
