  You are very right. How can issue of Child cruelty which endangered the life a minor be withdrawn and discontinued? All the Police Officers involved, including the most senior officer who signed the release should be demoted by the steps in thei promotion ladder of the Police Service.
  Bed wetting is a health problem that has got to do with the Bladder. The Minister in charge of issues concerning children should take this matter up and make sure the child gets treatment at the hospital.

  Why hasn't the state taken over the case and he has to spend his own money on that case? We are not a serious country.
