These laws are not being enforced in Ghana. It is too much. Someone just wakes up, without ANY authority whatsoever and decides to disturb his/her neighbours with 200 decibel noise and loud music. LET THE LAWS WORK!
I blame the police and AMA plus the assemblies too. They go and take money from these lawless people and allow the bu*llsh*it to continue. START JAILING THEM. Peace is vital, especially on weekends and at night. Noise polution is killing many Africans.
