  Just don’t put him in Prison to be fed by Ghanaians. Just shackle him at the ankles and send him to Kamina Barracks for Military Discipline. I was in Tamale when Rawlings The Murderer sent Col. Minyila there to be disciplined. OMG. It was horribly horrible. After maltreating him for hours, his hands were tied behind a Military Pizgoah vehicle and the vehicle drove and drag him through the streets of Tamale. And you know how the Military can be callous? He cried and screamed but his own junior Officers did not care. When he was finally released in the center of the town, Minyila’s feet were almost gone. He could not walk. It was a civilian Driver who had pity on him and took him home. Do the same to the fool trying to stir up the Bawku conflict. Just give him as a gift to the Soldiers at Kamina Barracks and when left alone from there, he would be very much converted and will not dream of any folly at Bawku again.
