  Yes, at Kamina Barracks, they will be subjected to 24 Horses Whip lashes by angry and Hard Core Junior Soldiers. Daily, in the evening, they shall be shackled and given 25 Horsewhips under their feet every evening at Public Places like the Markets and Markets. I have seen it done at the Kamina Barracks before during the time of Efo Julor John Rawlings and it was a terribly horrible treatment.
  After a daily dose of the Horsewhip treatments they can’t walk but crawl and roll themselves up to the Military Vehicle which will be parked at about 30 Yards from the whipping place. The Soldiers continue to whip them as they crawl up to the Military Vehicle waiting for them. If this Wild Military Discipline is given to them daily for even just a month, they will never play that or any foolery again because they would have learned their lessons. Please, send them there because the Soldiers at Kamina are ready with their wet Horse Whips to discipline them very well.

The fine is always too small that's why they keep on doing it. At least if a fine of GHs 10,000 each with a bond, and if not able to pay, they should go in for 1yrs with hard labor.

  Keep them in some farms faraway from their homes for 5 years to serve as a deterrent. They should be made to work morning till evening to feed themselves so that they will have good use of their time and hands.
