There are reasons why law enforcement practices geared towards crime and punishment are neither serving as deterrence nor punishment which are slowly resulting in moral breakdown of our values.

The name of the person accused of the crime has been made public, an inference of potential guilt. Why then would his picture not be made available to readers? Should the communities within Ghana where he may operate not know that he is a sexual predator and a danger to social norms?
