The lady was arrogant and disrespectful. I am not condoning the act of the debt collectors but our people are notoriously bad when it comes to debt repayment. When they need the money, they are as humble as a lamb. Once they receive the loan, they become insolent, disrespectful and arrogant. They simply refuse to pay and hurl insults at the collectors. That's nonsense. The collectors must go through sensitivity training. The lady must pay the loan and apologize for insulting the collectors. The assault charges should be settled out of court. Period.
