She should visit the Volta Region and consult a strong and an unforgiving deity or visit Tepa Bomaa and consult the APEEPE DEITY and rope in the prominent and rich family members of the fraudster for horrifying punishments. He should not get the deity to kill the fraudster but let him start rotting and smelling badly from fluids from his body. Then he should be made to start going blind and he shall be running back to search for the lady and repay her loan. I am a Christian but sometimes believe in African Electronics. It works perfectly. Let the fraudster suffer horribly until he pays your money back or let him rot alive to death.
