If this happened at Tamale area, the Police have no problem at all. Just hand them over to the Military Personnel for TALK TRUTH justice. I know and have observed Military Personnel Discipline at Tamale town, specifically around the Taxi Station and Kamina Barracks during the times of Efo Julor John Rawlings who had to be obeyed. Accused people sent there are stripped naked to their underwear, Hair on the Head shaved with Broken Glasses or bottles, tied onto a raised bench or on a table and their bare backs are given as many as forty lashes of Soaked Horse Whips. The under of their feet can receive about thirty such lashes. They are then allowed to move to a Taxi parked about forty yards away as they continue to be whipped. Hahahaha. You then see such criminals crawling like Snakes to the vehicle because they can’t walk. The longer they take to get to the vehicles, the more Dangerous Horsewhips they receive. I tell you that this is no joke.
Let that punishment be done twice a day for two or three weeks daily. They should finally be dumped about 1000 Yards to go the Lorry Station for transportation home. They shall never steal anything again after this punishment. No need for any Long Term Incarceration. Ask people from Tamale and they shall confirm to my postage if they grew up at Tamale and were reasonably old at the time of Efo Julor John Rawlings who died of Covid Attack and is now languishing in Hell Fire for his Criminal Deeds with Boakye Djan and their cohorts.

RE: MISIDENTIFICATION OF MR. PROSPER KABA IN RECENT ROBBERY REPORTS

Our attention has been drawn to a number of media publications and social media posts, notably by Joy News and Citi News, in which the image of Mr. Prosper Kaba has been used in connection with a reported robbery incident.
We wish to state, unequivocally and without ambiguity, that Mr. Prosper Kaba is not a suspect or participant in the said criminal act, but rather a victim of the incident.

Mr. Kaba is a legitimate MPhil student who has unfortunately found himself at the center of a deeply distressing case of misidentification and misrepresentation.

The circulation of his image alongside narratives suggesting his involvement in criminal activity has caused him significant emotional and psychological distress, as well as reputational harm.

We are particularly concerned that:
The actual non-student suspect appears to have been omitted from some reports;
Mr. Kaba’s image has been wrongly associated wit
