He can be imprisoned at the Kamina and Gondar Barracks and given Horse Whips at the bare Backs and Buttocks every two days. This guy just took the opportunity to experience how it feels in an armored vehicle. The guy should be taken for psychological evaluation and placed on probation. This case should not even go to court. Our judges should learn to dismiss certain charges.
