I think a previous criminal record should have entail a higher sentence.
Why has this trial taken less than a week to complete but ORAL cases some has not even commenced?
They should have been sentences to minimum 5 years for them to learn sense

Why was the trial held at Swedru Circuit Court? Does Akim Oda not have a similar court system? Was/Is the judge at the Akim Ida court not qualified enough to handle the case?
