Maybe , the authorities should look at banning motor riders on major roads after 8pm. Desperate diseases require desperate remedies.

Why would you roll down your car window at an unholy hour ie 10 pm on a deserted highway to argue ? Distracting drivers thru all kinds of means is nothing new . A driver must always look and think sharp. Period !

All the crimes were being blamed on Nigerians, while the real criminals were hardening and metamorphosing,now the chicken is coming home to roost, this is just the begining
Just don't drive in the night. As much as possible, learn their tricks.
