  THEY SHOULD BE SENT TO PRISON FOR THEM TO GROW UP FROM THERE. THEY SHOULD GO AND SPEND NOT LESS THAN FIFTEEN YEARS EACH IN JAIL. NOT TO SEE SUNLIGHT FOR YEARS. THEY DON'T BELONG TO A CIVIL SOCIETY.
