Even in our laws it is an offence to give or take bribe but strangely it is usually the TAKER that is punished.

Ghana laws are like the cobweb, it catches the small flies but frees the big ones. Always some politicians in courts get their freedom after change of government, why? "Our government is not interested in this case". Period!
