Can these criminals be sent to Kamina Barracks for about four weeks of daily Military Discipline with serious Horsewhips at their bare buttocks, backs and under their feet? Just let the Soldiers lash them. After the four weeks, have them chained and handcuffed for two weeks and repeat the routine every four weeks. While Gangc
