Don't you know misuse of drugs have destroyed many lives,families and societies. The fact you are using it and not mad now should not embolden you, it's only a matter of time.

The police do not need a warrant or your permission to enter any private property including a church, into which a suspect in hot pursuit, has entered to take shelter. If the government legalize the Marijuana it will reduce the crimes and the galamisey that destroying our land and water, it will create jobs for youth and the tourist will be boom then the government will be profitable. Look at them! Most of them are struggling to put a 3 square meal on table in their households, yet they're seen 2-3 times in the week in a church building, following instructions of a so called fake man of God in addition to having the audacity to defend a drug peddler who runs to seek refuge in the church building when sought by the Police.

They should wait till he starts selling weed to their children and see how it feels. Who knows if the suspect weed peddler is a friend of the pastor who is heard calling them to get back to the church auditorium to proceed with the service.

It must be noted that under Act 30 of 1969 no law prevents a police officer from arresting a wanted criminal who takes refuge in a Chapel whether church service is ongoing or not.

A person who resist arrest will be subdued into submission. However if he or she doesn't resist no need for force to be applied. The force must be reasonable and not excessive.
