The police should clamp down on it vigorously because our social system is damaged beyond repairs due to sexual proliferation resulting in broken homes and single parenthood.

Trust me, these people had no fathers growing up so they had no discipline and a child with no father figure growing up, is damaged and frustrated.

There are sociological and psychological research done into these areas but governments around the world deliberately bury the findings.

As the pillars of our society is damaged beyond repairs in modern times, its only law enforcement that is left.

Such Robbers should be treated subhumanly. They should be given continuous harsh and gruesome Military Discipline at their naked backs and buts while their hands are handcuffed and feet shackled to immovable Poles. They should be whipped daily mercilessly with Horsewhips. While stripped naked, their bodies, especially eyes, ears, nose, mouths, Anus and genitalia should be smeared with Honey and whipped under their feet very mercilessly for every five hours throughout the day. This should be done three times a day. This should go on for a month.
They should be made to work menial jobs while handcuffed in gangs. Feed them only soaked liquid Gari with salt. Yes. Please treat them with miserable cruelty. Let them do Community Service for about seven hours daily.
They should be handcuffed at the legs and wrists during even the next time. Let those who fall sick just die. Those whose activities resulted in serious injuries and death of their victims should be made to undergo these treatments for two years. When they die, just bury them in shallow Graves.
Two or three days before their release, make the whipping at their bare backs and under their feet with Horsewhips extremely severe at the center of the towns where they committed those crimes and in their hometowns by a strong Military and Police service. Just release them about 15oo Meters from the center of their towns. I can bet that they will never be involved in any Armed Robbery and violent crimes again.
