  Does it mean these individuals were on bail for those earlier crimes ???
  Please CJ, I know there’s a MARTIN KPEBU COURT CASES that allow all crimes BAILABLE. But please some of these suspects DON’T deserve bails.
  They only come out to do more harm to the society.
