This Clemence Gyato was the guy who JM gave over 400 acres of Ghana Civil Aviation Authority land at La Nkwantanan in January 2017 just before leaving office. Although the Late La Mantse Nii Tettey Kpobi Tsuru had a court injunction on the land, Nii Osa Mills, a GA man, signed the lease to Clemence's company a couple of days before leaving office. This is the man that JM's administration signed a contract with in 2012 to "reclaim all encroached gov't lands" in Accra. He's capitalized on his links with this gov't to misbehave taking over anything that he likes to take. The chicks have come home to roost.

Is it not shameful that some Ga people rent their rooms and houses to the Akwapem, Kwahu, Akyem, Asante and other people and sleep at Bus Stop sheds? Yes, some Ga people even convert their kitchens, toilet places, and bathrooms to renting places and sleep in kiosks at the front of their houses. Yes, go to very typical Ga places and count the number of their people who live in one small room on Mats. You can sometimes count about ten Ga people in a room. Yes, after converting their places of convenience to rental places to the people from the interior, they bath outside and shit in the gutters at dawn. Yes, and they cook in the open courtyard. Blame the Ga people for their own predicament now. I have a lady friend who lives with the husband, five kids and two sisters in a Chamber and Hall room at OSU near the Regal Cinema. They cook in the open and go to shit at the Sea Shore. Who then do you blame? The kitchen and Restrooms have been rented out to the Akan Speaking people who got to Accra to find out work to do. I am not wrong in stating that some Ga people go to toilet at the Sea Shore and in gutters. I went to school at Okuapemman, Koforidua, Cape Coast. I worked at Kibi, Tamale, Suhum, and Koforidua. The people there have Public Places of Convenience and don't do it in the gutters. That will be a deviation from the norm to them.
It is true that Accra is very much overpopulated and overwhelmed but I guess that you will agree with me that the Ga people rent their rooms to people from the interior, and some of them convert their restrooms and kitchens to sleeping places and rent them out. This is an open secret. Is it not known that Rawlings became so much offended by people shitting at the Beaches around OSU, Labadi and Nungua that he deployed Soldiers to arrest them and give them some Military discipline? I used to spend time with my uncle who worked with the Mounted Squadron of the Police which is just by the Regal Cinema. People could just be seen trooping to the Sea Shore to shit. There were not enough Public Places for the community. You can go to the place and see if it is not done.
