Ghana's justice system is not a justice system in my opinion. Someone smokes weed and does not cause any harm to anybody whatsoever, yet he gets 18months in prison.
As someone said above, you have drunk drivers killing people all over the country and they are walking around free. There are so called doctors performing illegal abortions (and i dont think there is a legal abortion, cause they are all causing deaths to precious lives), walking freely and people admire these doctors, because they have some title.
That is his life. If the man decides to smoke wee and dont harm anyone what is the crime he's committing and to whom is he committing this crime ?
Have we sat down and done a good research on the benefits of the herb we call wee? or we just follow what some body in their country have said, regarding the herb.
This is insane. Release the man from prison now.

Addiction means finding a solution for him instead dumping of him in cell amidst criminals. 18 months does just not correspond with his smoking habbits.And yes what does this got to do with familly members. These familly members should have helped him instead of pushing that far into the cell.
Do some of the judges and state know what is included in paracetamol, sedatives and drips?
