  He should see the Psychiatric before putting behind bars or jailed for life because after the six years he will still be a threat to the family and the nation. Thanks.

  I know a guy with a mental problem, who threatened to kill his by his brother more than once. Nobody took him seriously till he finally butchered him to death.

  The Judicial system in any nation is a reflection of the level of human civilization. We bring this article in full to show an example of how justice in Ghana is administered in what might be called inadequate and unfair to the poor. In any modern civilized nation some psychological analysis would be done to see if the convict needs some help. The purpose of the justice system should be to correct behavior and improve society and not to eliminate people. All humans in society contribute through taxes collected by government for their security. If justice is not well administered, society suffers. Allowing the elite in society to take $51 million from public coffers through what appears like a con-game with nobody being punished, whiles the poor are systematically given long sentences for petty thefts or when psychiatric help is what they need is not the way towards development.

  De justice system shld diil wth bth de elite n de poor equally. Psychiatricts, clinical psychologists, nurses n para medics n othrs shld do more 2 opererate in concert 4 de betterment of all inmates.
