With such Shoeshine boys, are we really safe? And they do it in churches, in their mechanics shops, Tailors, Kokompeh,kumasi- Magazine, market places and on the streets. Are we safe in Ghana and with these people?

It is a stupid sentence; It will cost Ghanaians to keep them in jail. They both haven't got even 30 yrs to live; how are they going to do 90yr. term? Need better options to correct offenders.
