He will use EOCO as an excuse and take off money from customers account.
How can you authorize a bank Manager to transfer funds outside Ghana and the money has gotten lost with no trace????. SAMUEL OSENE-BOSOMPEM is a thief. Watch out for him. Court must deal with all crooked Bankers in Ghana to make a better Ghana.

Melvin don't call him names yet. Be patient with him. They will sort it out along the line. I do not know this man you are talking about but I do know that things like that do happen if the particulars of that transaction was not properly documented on the wire transfer form. Usually after 2 weeks they may send the money back for proper paper work so wait, cool ur temper. You could be sued for libel or character defamation. Normally when you do a transaction like that you are given a copy of the wire transfer form which it is you that must have filled it out. If you have that copy go through it once again and check whether you have made a mistake about the recipient's name & bank coordinates. Another hint is to call the intended recipient and ask whether there has been a change in the bank coordinates he or she gave you since the time you got it also try verifying it once again. if that is the case you dont have problem . They will send the money back to the source of origin (which is ur bank) after 2 weeks. They may have explained these things to you but because you are angry and already holding them in suspicion you will think they are playing games with you.

This is taking too long my Friend. 7 months now. The Manager keep on saying it's under investigation, while the funds has already been removed from the account. This Transfer was sent from abroad to my savings account and I've been told by that bastard, they don't receive a transfer from abroad to such account and wanted to make a deal with me. But I'm too smart for that mind games. I've authorized him to return the funds back to the sender.. Till now the Money hasn't been returned and When the sender call to follow up.
That bastard keep on REPEATING the same story. (IT'S UNDER INVESTIGATION) while the sender's bank has no idea of what's happening. I'm not gonna give up on this. He's a crook.

Melvin or what ever your ame is the best option is first to make a police report,seek legal advice that is if the money is in your name get the sender to fax a copy of the transaction and his or her details also country of residence of the sender and total amount sent,Eco bank is a good bank because I live in london and save my money there and have internet banking with them of which I follow transactions on line.On the other hand monies do go missing but that dont mean you wont get your money an example is the recent court case where two banks made refunds of monies taken from accounts belonging to them and the bank failed to protect that account, I advice you keep up but dont call the manager names as suggested by another reader. stay blessed
