TO ME THE PROSECUTORS HAS COLLECTED MONEY FROM THE CRIMINALS. THAT IS THE HABIT OF SOME OF THE PROSECUTORS. THEY KNOW WHEREABOUT OF THEM. I WILL FOLLOW YOU NEXT TIME YOU GO TO COURT AND SEE WHAT WSILL HAPPING.

it sounds ridiculous for a Judge to state that Prosecutors beg her to remand accused persons into Prison custody. it is the gravity of the offence and its sensitivity which should determine whether the accused be kept in poli ...

it sounds ridiculous for a Judge to state that Prosecutors beg her to remand accused persons into Prison custody. it is the gravity of the offence and its sensitivity which should determine whether the accused be kept in police cells or prisons custody and not mere begging from prosecutors. Ms Sedina must bow down her head in shame for bringing the reputation of the judiciary into disrepute. she should not also forget that the general public is aware some lawyers of some accused persons sometimes bribe Judges to make such pronunciations to make it look as if they were duty-conscious.
