  The victim must have fallen after beeing shot in the head. As we read, the pack-pack of the victim has been taken by the shooter.....That means:
  The bike of the shooter must have tourned around after the shot to come back to the victim on the floor, to pick up the back-pack which was probably still on the victims back. I estimate that from the moment of the shot, to the departure of the shooter, took approximately 12 seconsa!!! And there is no body who has seen or heard anything usefull for the police investigations?? You know what I think? This was an asassination and not an armed robberie! There was no pack-pack, just a "drive-bey-shooting"!

Does this not sound like rubbish to you? Can't the police have an instant means of retrieving information in the 21st century? They are still waiting for the response from the DVLA I guess! Our country is not fit for Dogs to live in. Unfortunately it is all that we have!

  public should just alert the police on any unregistered motorbike as they cruise along. this is a way forward to combat these criminals making ghana streets and homes unsafe.

  Apparently the people took the victim for a Japanese but he may be a Hong-Kong. It is very common for Hong-Kongese to have English names due to their long colonialization by Britain.
