They shouldn't have been able to get away in the first place.
These cases pose a security threat to Ghana. Too many cargo are getting away from Ghana, only for others to find.
What if was GOLD.
They were obviously looking to have a better life in Spain. But as it is, Spain is going thru a serious economic depression themselves.

That is a bit harsh.
They have learned their lesson. Let them just work it off, paying back 10 - 15 cedis a month.
Leave them for this was the order of the day. People has been using this metthod to succeed
