  You kidding me! GC500.00 a year grant to run a correctional home for kids? If this is not a typographical error then something must be seriously wrong with the society. Certainly this amount cannot take care of one inmate even if it is for meals only. The government or whichever authority is resposible for the facility must run it and run it well or close it down. No wonder the kids absconded. Until conditions improve at the facility please leave the kids alone. What is worth doing is worth doing well!!!
