the land belongs to who? Besides I support the fact that govt. has to redemarcate and build the structures for sanity to prevail....katamanto is a hellhole with no blue print..

there should be guidlines, restrictions, time frame and the stores should meet certain safteytrequirements. Ho who doesn't meet such requirements should have the space taken over. Simple as that.

This is a complex issue but has a simple solution,the traders if allowed to build their own stores will do so in the same disorganised way as b4 and another fire disaster inevitable.But if government takes over the rebuilding of the market,they'll allocate them to their own foot soldiers and other traders who can afford.Take a list of the affected traders,rebuild the market to the highest safety and quality standards,give it back to them and let them pay on installment basis.
