Why should police recruitment forms be sold at all. This is where police corruption starts.Government institutions such as the police,fire service. army etc are allocated their annual running budget which includes recruitment and training expenditure.In fact, it is not only the police, the universities(both public & private), nursing training and others sell admission forms which do not guarantee the applicant will even be taken on.The sale of recruitment/admission form is not fair. If i have the power i will abolish it.
