  People who defile should be castrated (it is a simple medical procedure) and put behind bars. We need sanctity and security in the Society. Our daughters, sisters and mothers must not be threatened under any circumstances.
  
  They can still give their life to Christ for the remissions of sins.

  Why should he be jailed? The guy has been described as an illegal miner and nothing was done to him. He obviously thought there were no laws in Ghana. I wouldn't blame him for going on to rape. A lawless land!

  This story like many others spewed out daily by Ghanaweb, is the usual rubbish and it is only undescerning individauls who like the author will believe it. How many people wake up that early (60 years old woman?)to sweep rubbish to be disposed off at 03.50 a.m.? Or what kind of refuse was it? Should this be true that she went to the rubbish dump, she should be investigated thouroughly for she had something to hide. Why could she not have waited for day break to dispose off the said rubbish.She might have done something sinister and was going to get rid of the evidence. Most often our law enforcement agents jump the guns; and that is why most crimes go undetected and or punished.In this particular case they hold on to the alledged rape acusation, ignoring what sent the 60 years old woman to the refuse dump at 03.50 a.m. We need more brainy investigators in this country to be able to unravel the mysterious acts and ommissions most crime-proned national.
