  Ghana Police Service should through its public relations unit inform the general public to report any threat for profiling in order to monitor such people for quick action. Research has shown that threats more often than not resort to action. Assaults should be taken more seriously but in recent times victims are left to the mercy of God and these result into people taking the law into their hands by revenging. Because of fear of crime research has suggested people will also arm themselves in readiness for anything that may happen.That is why in some jurisdictions, threats when reported are taken seriously no matter who and what is involved. Majority of the domestic violence issues especially the murder of wifes and the like is as a result of law enforcement not working very well so the pepetrators take advantage.
