What is 0330 hours? No average person in any of the English-as-a-first-language countries understands "0330 hours". The large majority of people in Canada, US, UK, Australia and Newzealand whose language you are trying to write express time in "am." and "pm." and not in "hours".

Your attempt to show-off just makes things difficult for your readers. When you are writing the English language and English-speaking people cannot understand your expressions, something must be wrong with your style. Why can't you just say "3:30 am", or "before dawn" or something similar?
