Thievery can have consequences beyond just the loss of what is taken. In the case of people who steal electrical cables in use, this can make problems for a lot of innocent people. Thieves steal from everyone. All of us ha ... read full comment

If I am right the man seen in the picture is over 40years. I believe he is nearing his 60s. Just personal opinion.
