In my opinion the Certificateless is more useful to society than the later who could only be described as a Non performance Article of no use.
That is one area which is deceiving the Country and had to be looked into.When you offer them the job based on their higher Certificates they can not perform without acquiring enough learning on the job from sometimes their juniors. This brings us to the question of our education systems.
Most of the highly educated are the worse looters in the Country.
