  If you have spotted her in another wedding, that was you best chance to film her acyivities and present them for evidence. How will you justify that she is the one who stole the money? Is it because you've met her in multiple weddings? or because of her picture? or because she is the one you didn't know? Non of these is/are evidence of a crime, demmet!

  She has to answer how the gift evenlopes got into her bag and possession.
  
  I would have suggested her being woman-handled small before being sent to the safe house ( police station )
