This is a landmark case and I applaud the judge for the verdict.My only plea is that it should not end there.It must transcend those who sell water,oil,powder,perfume and what have you and label them as 'holy' to the unsuspecting poor in our society.If what they claim does not work,they should be sent to jail and it is my conviction that when this is implemented we shall have some sanity in our society.Secondly, since they are making that much money, is it not about time that they started paying some taxes?Thirdly by the way what has happened to the victims of the SCOAN incident? Where are the so-called Christian council of churches? Can they regulate their members? Or they are only there to maintain peace in the event of political upheaval.We are watching.

Perhaps the police view may be set example to prevent people from cheating others but really this businessman is a foolish man. if your business has slow down, pray to God or which ever faith you belief in that things will go well, why seek a miracle or help from a fellow man in the name of juju? What exactly did he think the spiritualist will do other than manipulate, implicate and even kill someone else? Really our Lord Jesus Christ who our Father in Heaven has given all authourity is the only solution. Depend and commit everything to Him and you will succeed. The Ghana police really should not entertain silly cases such as this, they must protect the innocent and this businessman is not innocent. The Judge should also use sense because there some case that they should use common sense, this does not require jail time, the Judge should have just ordered the spiritualist to pay back the money. Why jail him? Please release the poor man and use your discretion and wisdom to rule cases in GHANA.
