  where was police..If he was on MAIN road the police should drove by at least 1 time..In Usa i can drive 45 minutes home at night(like last night) and see police with somebody stopped, asking them questions..Checking to see if they drunk or their plate is expired.. Cameras are used in areas with lots of tourist, streets around bars and hotels,banks..But most street cameras focus on people not stopping at traffic lights in usa.

  This is the results of poor economic conditions and lack of government visions and policies. The repercussions are tantamount to hardships. Hence the saying "no one was born a thief/criminal it is rather the society which makes one to be a criminal" Instead of free high school to accommodate this teens as the writer described them, NDC government said Ghana can not afford it. They rather will pay for dubious gargantuan debts. I will bet with my last penny, they will be jailed while Agbesi Woyomi is enjoying his stolen money with his NDC cronies in the sights of all of us under broad day light. God punish this government from the top to the bottom!!!!
